Spiritual Teaching Sessions are 60-minute on-on-one sessions with Margaret in person or via Zoom. Margaret will work with you to discuss your spiritual work including Vipassanā Meditation practice, Reiki and Intuitive Healing, and Astrology charts.
Spiritual and Energetic Hygiene Course is a course about spiritual and energy hygiene skills and practices. This course includes 26 practices skills and practices. The Course is a four-class package, meeting once a week, in person or on zoom. Each Class includes instruction, practices, questions and answers, and a handout. It will be available in person in Portland and online.
